“We engaged Anjum and Inclusive Aotearoa Collective Tāhono in the early stages of our journey in developing our diversity and inclusion programme at Clarus. From the start Anjum and the team demonstrated their deep understanding of the diversity and inclusion challenges within the Aotearoa context and bring with them a wide range of invaluable lived and learned experience.
Their approach was collaborative, thought provoking and the training provided with our People and Culture team was particularly valuable in equipping us to think more broadly and from a range of perspectives.”
