Christina Howard’s 30-year career spans community, government, tertiary education and philanthropy, including a decade working at the Todd Foundation, where she led their organisational transformation to a pro-active, systems change funder. Since 2019 she has been an independent consultant, and her happy place is working with philanthropic organisations to develop or support their systems change aspirations and practice.
Ashleigh Summerville is a Māori wahine from Ngāi Tahu, Ngāti Whatua, and Ngāpuhi. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Innovation Design and Management from Victoria University of Wellington. With expertise in graphic and human-centred design, Ashleigh is practiced in design thinking, innovation, research, and workshop facilitation. For the past few years, she has worked at the Ngāi Tahu-supported Indigenous Social Innovation Lab, Tokona te Raki, focusing on equity for Māori in education, income, and employment. Additionally, Ashleigh is a contract designer, working on projects in wellbeing, sustainability, and education for both not for profits and corporate organisations.
Eva Chen is a co-founder and volunteer for Wellbeing Charitable Trust, and this year was a recipient of the NZ Order of Merit for services to the Asian Community in the King’s Birthday honours.
